I also served 5 years as the NWT Film Commissioner and was an Affiliate Board Member of the Canadian Crafts Federation. My qualifications include:
Project Management Professional (PMP): Demonstrating my ability to lead and manage complex projects efficiently.
Certified Facilitator: Skilled in guiding workshops and training sessions to ensure productive outcomes.
Executive Leadership Development Certificate (LED): Equipped with advanced leadership skills from the Alberta School of Business.

I am intimately familiar with the arts industry in the Northwest Territories (NWT), understanding it from both policy and programming perspectives. My extensive experience includes creating and implementing marketing strategies, managing substantial budgets, and organizing high-profile cultural events.
